Dr. Karin Woo Rardin earned her B.S. in Applied Behavioral Science from the University of California, Davis, M.A. in Marriage in Family Ministries from Talbot School of Theology, and Doctor of Optometry from the University of California, Berkeley School of Optometry. Her clinical training includes experience at Palo Alto and Oakland Veterans Affairs Hospitals, and University of California, San Francisco.
Dr. Rardin has worked in private practice settings in the Tri-Cities of Fremont, Newark, and Union City, as well as other Bay Area practices. She has attended to patients of all ages with attention to excellent patient care and education, particularly in contact lens fittings, computer vision, and in co-management of cataract and refractive surgeries.
As a Bay Area native and a Tri-City resident for more than 20 years, Dr. Rardin is grounded in the local community with her husband, son, and two daughters. She enjoys time with family and friends, attending and volunteering with her church, eating ethnic foods, reading, traveling, tennis, and watching movies and the Warriors play.
