I have worked with Doctor Levin before, and I have worked with the staff, at Capitol Eye Care, even before Doctor Levin took over the leadership role there. I have no complaints about the previous leadership. However; This latest visit was especially sweet, because the change, in my prescription, and new eyeglasses are on the way, were the only new developments here, except the more friendliness, possibly because of my loyalty and rapport.
